In 9Dragons, everyone can gain and lose karma, which can help you, if you use the right items.

The karma system is complicated, but not hard to understand. Here are the informations for vagabonds:

Gaining Karma
While the clan members get different amount of karma, depending on who they kill, vagabonds get the same amount, since vagabonds are clanless and therefore neutral.

As vagabond, if you kill an unmasked person, you will gain 10 Good karma and 6 Bad Karma. If the difference level between you and your enemy is 25 or higher, you will gain 1 Bad Karma.

As vagabond if you kill a masked person, you will gain 30 Good Karma and 5 Bad Karma.

Losing Karma
Also this is different for clan members.

As vagabond, if you get killed by an unmasked person, you will lose 10 Good Karma and 2 Bad Karma. If the difference level between you and your enemy is 25 or higher, you will lose 1 Good Karma and 1 Bad Karma.

As vagabond, if you get killed by a masked person, you will lose 20 Good Karma and 2 Bad Karma (not confirmed yet).

How to get the right karma
If you want to have Bad Karma, then the best way will be trading with other people. You kill a person, and the person kills you.

Killing a person gives you 10 GK and 6 BK. Dying by a person makes you lose 10 GK and 2 BK. So you will have 4 Bad Karma left, after one fight. If you trade with other people, you will gain slowly but surely a lot of BK.

If you want to have Good Karma, then the best way will be killing masked people. The best would be, if you ask your friends, if you may kill them while they wear a mask.

Killing a masked person gives you 30 GK and 5 BK. If you appear to die by a masked person, you will lose 20 GK and 2 BK (not confirmed yet). So you will have 10 Good Karma and 3 Bad Karma left.

After gaining karma from a person, you can only gain more karma from the same person after 1 hour.
