Become a Vagabond Army Leader!

Greetings, clanless travelers of the Land and members of the Vagabond Army

The time has come to look out for new Leaders for the Vagabond Army. If you do a good job, you might become a Sub-Master one day - Or even the Master of this guild, when I am not around anymore, who knows.

As a Vagabond Army Leader, you'll need the following qualities:

• You are all right with reading, and it does not annoy you to read too much. As a Leader you will need to try to know the most of the time what you and/or other members are talking about. You will be a good leader if you keep yourself informed.
  
• You are able to say your opinion in a neutral way. Meaning: Instead of saying something like "That's crap" you should be able to rephrase it to something like "I do not think this is good, because of this and this reason". You should be able to say what you think while avoiding as best as possible to piss off other people - And if there are still people who take your neutral words on a bad way, then that's not your fault; After all, you gave your best to stay neutral. You will be a good leader if you are able to say what you think, on a way where you won't provoke a bad reaction from others.
  
• You know when to edit a post of another person and when not - That's right, as a Vagabond Army Leader you will have moderator privileges. But use your opportunities wise; It is not a crime to say what one thinks. However, some respect is requested. If a forum member does not know how to communicate civilized, then it will be part of your responsibility to show that such behaviour will not be rewarded with attention. After all, people can talk with us. There is a suggestion forum for anyone, and the guild members can decide by themselves if they want anything to change. Therefore, there is no need to talk uncivilized to anyone - at all. You will be a good leader if you keep the forum clean from haters for the ones who want and deserve a nice and clean community board.

If you are not certain if you are qualified enough but want to give it a try anyway and are willing to learn, so feel free to apply anyway. You will most probably get your chance.

As a Vagabond Army Leader, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Help the Vagabond Army, help the Vagabonds.

That's it.

It would also be good to have Vagabond players as Leaders who know already some things about the clanless path. Therefore, if you want to become a Vagabond Army Leader, your Vagabond character has to be at least level Sun and Moon. Also, only Vagabond Army Members may be taken as a Leader.

If you are interested in becoming a Leader, just reply in this topic - What you write in your post is up to you, so make the best out of it.

In case you will be taken as Leader, be aware that you first will have a probation period, where you will be watched carefully, to decide later if you are the kind of Leader we are looking for. The probation perion may vary from person to person, depending on whether or not someone is seen as worthy. But remember: If you change your behaviour later for the worse, you may be removed as Leader again.
